Yes.. but you have to apply before it expires..

Can he work for new employer on pending receipt after i-94 is expired. 240 days working rule is for extension with same employer right. Ippudu premium ledu so transfer process start chesaka 1 month ki i-94 ayipothe can he work on receipt for new employer

I think so...befory expiry apply sesthe sam eemoyer annatte kada...that extn with previous emp wont matter i guess..
