Recent ga ITServe vallu law suit esi gelisaru kada letters sow lu pettakunna employer job offer chesthe approve cheyalani contracting lo kooda. Are they not following that yet. What if your current sow ends in next 2 months? client will renew after 2 months but u get 2 months extension now if they consider current sow date which does not make any sense.

Submitted all documents including client letter for extension then got RFE asking for SOW

i faced the same issue with American vendor... Client gadu  , client letter lo 3 yrs istha ante you cant put end date ani , client kante ekuva

kathal dengaadu. chore saaale.  Client Manager ready to help me that time. 

SOW adigithe ivaledu.. vendor gadu inka client Manager, Vendor , Employer ni loop lo petti  SOW  kavali ani email pettanu . vendor gadu

company policy we cant share with 3rd party ani email pettadu..  so ade email use chesamu.

 client & Vendor email transactions ( before and after interview  email conversation)  pettanu.  approved for 1year ( already 6 months

completed by the time H1B Approved) silent ga vere job choosukoni move ayaanu.  client manager vendor gadi ni dengaadu.

Explain the vendor that you need the SOW to respond to RFE and stress the importance of the document to get approval. 

Ask the vendor to send the SOW copy to your attorney directly in case if vendor isn't comfortable sharing with you or your employer. You can ask for redacted copy and send over to attorney. They will do it. Atleast it worked for me in the past.

baa so i have a question niku client letter ochinda with end date or client vendor email transactions okate used aa instead of client letter with end date ??
