The state randomly tested 3,000 people at grocery stores and shopping locations across 19 counties in 40 localities to see if they had the antibodies to fight the coronavirus, indicating they have had the virus and recovered from it.

“What we found so far is that the statewide number is 13.9% tested positive for having the antibodies,” he said. “They were infected three weeks ago, four weeks ago, five weeks ago, six weeks ago, but they had the virus, they developed the antibodies and they are now recovered.”

Multiple strains unnay covid lo, majority have mild symptoms, ah minor % who were severely affected had multi organ failure thereby causinh life threatening impact

People also don’t care when they are mildly sick. Some people lie that they are ok to get back to work. Many workers get paid only when they show up at work so they will hide it sometimes.

results mean that   1. social distancing was not effective in preventing the disease spread and 2. if enough population have antibodies then  states can be reopened.

Flu deaths past decade lo peak 61k per year in US. COVID-19 already 50K crossed. That itself proves your hypothesis is wrong.

They are recording every death (Such as cardiac arrest) as corona if the patient tested positive. They wouldn’t have been doing it for flu though ..
