This is true and they are targetting to complete atleast 70 percent of pending r&b works....one of my maternal uncle's does these contracts....he says that govt is pressuring them.to complete all pending works on warfooting...only downside is the pending payments from the govt....

Cabling works motham hitech city jarugutunnai..pretty much 60% of that area is under construction(new office constructions and road works). Link roads chala kottavi..they cut huge mountains to bypass traffic . ..inorbit and hitech/cybertowers paina chala traffic..now they are making alternative roads...130-150 million sft office space projects underway unnayi..that means they will adding another 10 lakh direct jobs in next 5-6 years..so a lot of roads have dust and debris as they are  in the process of huge infrastructure makeover
