nenu sannaga ne unta kani..potta undi va..entha try sesina taggatle va 3 months nunchi....rice tinadam completely manesi sudali but rice ki alternative em untay manku..i cant eat chapathi evryday..experts suggest plzz

Take complex carbs like Quinoa, Organic lentil pasta as an alternative

Avunah... I had very good improvement man... I stopped drinking... I am cooking mostly oil less food..m high protein fiber and iron content maintain chesthu unna...
