I have been doing this from 15 days. Start chese mundu thread vesa. My goal is potta taggali and thigh fat karagali. 

Daily brisk walking 4-6 miles. Speed 3.9 miles/hr. Sugars, smoke, drink elagu naadi takkuve. but rice, oil ekkuva undedi diet lo.. avi taggincha.

15 days lo I can see half inch decrease in diameter of each thigh. Potta kuda oka 0.5 inch taggindi. I don't believe in deiting. But yes, after 6 PM tinadam taggincha. Toughest part for me was to say no to late night snacking.

My trainer always says it is easy to shape your belly than increase its size..it takes years to get out of shape but you can comeback in months ani

I am no way near being obese. but konchem lower belly and thigh fat undi. I just wanted to tone my body a little because of no broad shoulders.

Do intermittent fasting and core workouts ekkuva cheyandi. Try to always burn out

Actually what I realized is that my body needs lot lesser carbs than what I think it needs.

Yes. Okapudu 3 meals etla tintunde Ani comedy ga anipistundi. Now just lunch and I don't need anything. Workout ayyaka I have a fruit whey smoothie for carbs anthe ...it's all in ur head. We don't need 3 meals

Oka roju lunch chesi malli next day lunch. Mundu roju night aakali la anipisthe tea bag tho black tea. No creamer. Stevia oka packet veskochu starting lo. Slow ga without stevia kuda you can drink. Next day elagu lesaka meetings etc konchem time pass chesthe malli lunch time comes. 

Office unna rojullo best instead of weekend. I do Thursday night. 

Better to eat simple food next day lunch. Heavy burger or biryani nope. Starting lo you might get headache but chaltha it will wear off. No need to take advil

Face glow retain kavalante water intake full penchali...4-5 litres taagali. Idi konchem kastame because too many trips to bathroom aitadi kani, worth it. Chala healthy aitadi face antha ...regular ga nuv chese workouts a chestu adi cheyu
