@Scada not fasting re; 7 extreme a le u r right higher side I meant ...work out chestadu kada ani 4 above ani suggested ... changed ....4-5

daily 5 miles walk cheyagaane oka 3 days avvagane fore feet is swollen. not sure if it is becoz of shoe or did not get used to it.

in 8 months i went from 30 waist to 33. all jeans n shorts out of the window. trying to get back in shape ; tried cardio n exercises few times but losing motivation very easily. and all the junk food is within reach. &*B@
