i still dont get whtas the need to go offie when you'd be more productive from home, save paper, save cube space save all stationary, save traffic, save washing and laundry, save pressing time, save on gas, can take a quick nap during lunch breaks while at home too, 

i hate to go to office.. 

lot of companies already letting people to work from home, atleast in IT.

Well it will save them money so why not... they don’t have to pay for office space, electricity, furniture and general maintenance so it can work. As long as the employees have a working laptop and good internet this type of work should be okay.
