you can use it 3 times, make sure to filter using batta.. you gotto use it only for pakodi though

Firstly, refined oils are very very bad. Even for first time use, what to speak of reheating. Like refined sunflower, refined canola, refined ground nut oil... all are terrible.

You can use raw coconut, groundnut or mustard oil. Reheating depends on what temperature you take it to. If you heat it once to smoking heat, the oil starts to degrade chemically. So, if you smoking heat it for long time, better not to reuse. If not long times, you can use it tadaka or other purposes where you won't need very high temperatures.
