if u fall under the LCA limits..

kontha mandhi employers if employee pay 105k undhi anuko.. LCA lo 90-106k or 80-110k ani pedthaaruu.... u need to check that part... so aa range lo entha ichinaa ok not less than that

dont worry about legalities, consulate wont ask that that question if its american company and not witch

If you ask that point .... Then your company will ask you to take UnPaid Leave/Vacation ... Because that is legal ...
