True...I think we have responded enough and now have enough awareness. It’s time to re-open everything we shut down fearing the virus in a phased approach..

That’s right. 
 

Initially I felt lock downs are needed but with so many things ducked up, I feel it’s better we open up the economy and maintain best practices ...

Lockdowns, have not yielded  much. In countries like India, lockdown might have helped in controlling the situation but in US, I don’t think so..
