They closed the borders with China that helped a lot

Borders closed is fine.

But still 1000 cases report ayyayi ga. . . so there is infection in the territory.

Now AP population is 50 million and HK population is 7.5 Million

AP population density 305 per sq km, HK pop density 7000 per sq km.

No lockdown in Hongkong but still they managed with 1000 cases and 4 deaths. 

And if see usually the info from/about HK, Taiwan, Japan is usually reliable and don't usually cover up or fake.
