First of all, what does it has to do with Taatha?  Second of all what does the driver license thing done by one state governor has to do with rest of the republican governors?

Teens have to show affidavit that they have training worth of 40 hrs by an instructor or parent to get the license.  Do you know that you don't need to give a test  for Motorcycle license  in most of the states? An affidavit or Certificate from an Instructor is sufficient for getting motor cycle license.  In the case of Georgia, for time being, it is extended to parents too along with instructors. Most parents dont keep their kids life at risk by falsefully giving them affidavit.

New Jersey state with Democrat as Governor used to give licenses to internationals without having to take the test. All they have to do is show their international license and NJ learners permit. In this case, is it safe to let the drivers from international countries where they drive on right to drive in US without giving a test?
