If these companies come to India, yes, the corporates will get richer. But it benefits the consumer also. To make a domestically manufactured product reach the Indian consumer would cost lesser for the companies. So, the costs would come down. No import taxes, lesser transportation charges etc.

labor was cheap anyways and then UP govt removed the labor laws which is even better incentive
