US lo housing is very very cheap compared to other nations like UK,Australia and NZ. Friend gadu Australia lo 3 bed house konnadu for $750k close to downtown outskirts lo aithe $550k malli vaalla salaries kuda peddaga em undavu between 75 to 110k per annum.

For housing it looks like a good time to buy .. few places slightly reduced with good interest rates .

Same situation in early 2007. Eventually everything crashed in 2008.

Charlotte real estate is different dynamic altogether. It is very stable and emerging and I dont expect much decline even if there is a crash in the future.

Inventor is low and government stimulus money is playing well ... some people are even getting more money compared to what they get while working ... only mana desi batch worried at this point about houses all other housing market is stable
