USA is better compared to india , they used to have strict laws against those who does insider trading whereas India lacks

To prove insider trading in India, its nt possible

Laws are not strict in India  whereas in US, a penalty of 20years imprisonment possible + heavy fine

Whereas in India you can escape imprisonment easily and fine is very nominal

they have targeted option writers too who are getting looted  these days.

Investors are not coming . These are the day of traders.

Investors are majorly depending on Mutual funds for the last few years(even they too got betrayed thats a diff story)
