That was the truth..

between 1996-2004, Hyderabad and AP was growing at slowest pace in whole of South India..

and key indicators of social welfare were on par with Bihar..

This is the achievement of CBN who did nothing but doomed the entire state.

Hyderabad' s loss enti, already Bangalore had a head start and they had SM Krishna's blessings. With so much competition from Pune and Chennai, I think hyderabad turned out to be fairly well in terms of IT market. Present kuda Telangana, AP inka literacy rate lo below national average ee, so present unna governments kuda emi peekaleda aithe ?

endi ? S M Krishna na ?

Bangalore had head start in 1980's itslef, It was the first city to have satellite data link connection, previously only Mumbai had data connectivity that too with under sea cable. TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, HoneyWell, Patni, etc were all established way before S M Krishna even dreamt of becoming a CM.

By 1990's, Bangalore had good number of research and development facilities..starting with ISRO, TIFR, CSIR, and host of other software companies. by 1996-97, Bangalore was well established and even before S M Krishna took over, Bangalore was riding high on outsourcing and S M Krishna time la post-Y2k massive outsourcing kicked in the second phase of growth where as Hyderabad was absorbing the leftovers of such growth.

S M Krishna was way too late in the game to be credited with.

SM Krishna was a cabinet minister during 1980's before becoming CM of Karnataka. Even know Bangalore's IT exports are almost double that of the second largest IT exports market hyderabad. Can we write off hyderabad then, absolutely no.
