I agree he concentrated only on Hyyderabad and made it a world class investment hub. AP after division revenue deficit vunde. To attract investments which was the only way to develop AP , Amaravati medha concentrate cheyyalsi vacchindhi.

Hyderabad  ki ante, natural growth and local factors vunayi kabatti edo tattukundi...papam amaravati..santi pillani sampesinaru kada ra ayya..
