Metro was started by Congress as it was awarded in 2010 only . It was inaugurated in 2017 . These are the facts. Other “ planning and  proposals “ do not constitute construction:  fact .

Outer Ring Road was inaugurated only in 2008 . The government which completed any project can claim that they have actually accomplished it .

IT revolution was started in Hyderabad by N Janardhan Reddy government. 

Hitec City was started in 1998 by the then government . However , Hitec City is only a part of IT / ITES zone in Hyderabad. IT companies in Gachibowli , Kokapet , Madhapur ( other than Hitec City area ) , Pocharam and Uppal were established after 2004. 

IT sector grew rapidly after 2004 in Hyderabad .
