Nobody is saying it’s over.  We are just finally saying it’s time to use some common sense so people can start to provide for their families and put food on the table.  If you are scared of catching it or have underlying pre-conditions then stay home.  If not, go to work.

Same thing happened with H1N1 and 500,000 people died but for some reason everyone has forgotten that and is acting like this is the first time anything close to this has happened. It’s not.

well last year the flu killed 80k ppl, and covid only 60k people in the US so it’s not even that bad

98% of ppl recover from COVID 19. How do ppl recover from losing their jobs, homes, life savings, food insecurity? How do they recover from the increases in suicide, substance abuse, domestic violence, and child abuse?

It seems like a perfect time to live in fear though. We have a deadly virus out there and the USA is sending nuclear armed submarines into Chinese territory, while the Chinese have missiles that are faster than our defense systems, all as a possible famine looms in the distance.
