They cant peekify anything about OPT.. Students are income generators while H1b are suckers. So if at all they want to make it hard, they would screw H1b thats all.

Also, personally i feel after seeing the corona situation and how they handled it in US, i doubt anyone will show interest too in future coming here like before.. If the dollar is not 70 plus, nobody would think of staying in US at this point.
