Movies like Dear Comrade and World Famous Lover have forced him to go for masala stuff that he deliberately stayed away in his early days as an actor. World Famous Lover was such a big failure that it had to be removed from theaters within a week. He is currently doing an out and out commercial entertainer with Puri Jagannadh in the hope of breaking his flop streak. Vijay Deverakonda launched a video to counter few gossips that are in circulation about him. It is good to give clarity to his fans and public as he is running a fund with public donations. Interestingly, Vijay Deverakonda brought up ‘movie ratings’ matter in this video that is totally unrelated to the issue he was addressing. Apparently, Deverakonda is hurt with the poor ratings that his recent movies got. Quote
