nenu last month refinance chesa 2.75% fixed for 15 years. $0 out of pocket for closing.

Interesting how come lending.com is giving 3.125 for 30 yrs Fixed. If they are giving with out buying points its really a good deal. Otherwise I doubt it it may have some kind of loop hole lender is taking in other way with out knowing you.
