Calculate chesko bro.. 2.65 interest rate ki pocket lo nundi 500 pettadam better aa or 2.75 ki em pettakapovadam better aa ani..

 

naa mortgage agent gadu naku 2.65 ki 1250 o entho kattamannadu.. nenu aa calculation eskunte naku antha worth kadhu anipichindi.. so 2.75 with 0 out of pocket option choose cheskunna
