H1B renewal question

Meeru H1-B renewals cheyinchukunnappudu.. I-797 approval notice vachaka.. are you required to go to your employer in person and show that original approval notice? Meeku telisi emanna USCIS rule vunda? Can you quote that rule?

Appreciate response from full time employees because others can manage this requirement with their employer anyway. kaani evvaraina serious information vuntey comment cheyochu. Thank you.

Yes.. but do you carry it back to your site's I9 representative (typically someone from HR) to show it personally?

Yes, we do in person.

I don't want to risk him by asking to go to site.. Malli employee ki approval notice vachindey maa Legal dept nundi.. Legal and HR direct matladukolera antey.. USCIS rule ani edo kothalu kostunnaru.. before I take a stance, I want to be clear.. aa USCIS code ento telusa bro? I asked the person who used it but did not see a response yet.

naa workplace lo last year H1 renew ayyaka I9 reverify chesaru .. nenu google chesa i didnt find anywhere that this is needed .. But maa HR/Lawyer cheyinchuko mannaru .. Process is very simple. Go to your HR with 797 original and original passport, they will take copies and ask you to sign on i9 form. This is my 3rd renewal and last few times nenu cheyyaledu ... First time job join inappudu chesa and last renewal ki malli

its the rule for a few years. Usually all people on Visa will get a call from HR for this every year(or so). It just takes a couple of minutes and they had to do it in person.

i did it for my last 2 renewals...

it a rule i think..but in this times they might excuse...

but if I9 rep is onsite with HR...u have no other choice but go and verify.
