There are multiple locations .. 

Dublin is a good school district

1) If you are going to live in Dublin , Tuttle Grove  https://www.tuttlesgrove.com/ is one of the oldest desi community.. you will feel like you are in India and very close to tuttle mall

This is mostly residential town.. less companies more apt, doctor offices are closer etc..

2) Wendell Apartments.. new community , spacious but little expensive.. I used to live there before.

3) Sawmill Road, Columbus..

One big stretch and very popular road in Columbus where you will find almost any shopping place and food. 

The apt i live is called Dublin Square Apartments.. Decent Indian community not as many as Tuttle

4) Another brandnew apts are "the highlands apartments ". Lot of amenities but heard they are little expensive.

if you want to live close to sawmill they are little expensive compare to dublin location.. but dublin & Columbus cities are only 15 min apart from each other
