Find foreclosure or sale homes for better price and pay that 15 lakhs as down payment and rent it , mana desi galla ke ivvochu

Buy any land near main road, some lands within municipality outskirts would come cheap like 1.5 lakh per cent. 

Buy 10 cents and forget for 5 years, you ll earn more among all options combined. it is best option i believe.
