Issue was due to lock down anta. 

 

I think no fault of LG chemicals. Not sure what is the point in filing cases against them. 

 

If there is any blame, it should be on GOvts and Corona Virus for this situation. Its just unlucky for the people around. May be less damage if the industry is at a different location.

The factory has been operational since 1961, the local municipality should be blamed, how did they give permission for residential areas in such close proximity to chemical company.
