Parents visiting visa extension

evarana recent ga parents visa extension ki applied aa? if so what is the process please throw some light....ee month end ki i94 aipothadhi but cannot go to india until flights are open

Airindia flights arrange chestunnadu kada for same reasons..u can aplply extension but it will have bad impacts on parents future travel if the extension come with denial and most chances for b2 denial. It will only serve as placeholder to continue to stay as decision making itself will take 4 or 5 months

parents tho quarantine unnavaaa... nice

take them out for a walk ala bro... daily once..health important

USCIS web site lo account create cheyyu and online lo you can apply for visa extension... it’s straight forward and very simple

Yeah agreed in these time even if you send in laws to india they go through a lot like staying in qurantine centers also may other financial burden for the flights and expenses for qurantine facilities etc..
