end customer dictates the restcitions  not TCS...large clients have ODC's for that reason. TCS operates each ODC as per the restrictions/agreements from the customer. WFH is an option will be dictated by the customer and the nature of data TCS will be handling

My personal opinion, WFH tho baga tired ipothunna,,, offc ki velthey 9-5 in between breaks undevi.. ippudu away pedithey call chesthunaru.. its not 9-5 anymore... its like 9-6 and night kuda work cheyalsi vasthundhi... offc ki velthey laptop shutdown chestham and depending on kids and house work we login,, where as now we always login... it have impact..
