Can a pregnant women deliver anywhere within USA as per insurance ? or will it be through Gynecologist. any limitations in coverage.

Example : the women is from and texas ( her husband works in Texas ) right now in India and her due date is August. Can she come  and deliver

in New York as her brother is there.

I would suggest Call insurance people and make sure with them.. dB lo personal experience tho u can’t judge bcoz its all dependence on your insurance company and policy terms ..

No she can deliver only as per Mca range or the child treated as no us citizen anukonta.

Reality check: mostly she is going to deliver baby in India.  I know they may prefer to have us citizenship to the baby. But given current circumstances, travelling internationally is very risky especially for pregnant women. Immunity power low untadi.

Even if she wants to travel, Inka international flights open avvaledhu kada. Also post 32 weeks pregnancy, most of the airlines don't allow preg women to travel

Coming to the original question. They have to check with insurance provider and hospitals in New York if they can take out of state patient at this time

During a healthy pregnancy, it's generally safe to fly until 36 weeks. Most airlines in the United States allow pregnant women to fly domestically in their third trimester before the 36th week. Some international flights restrict travel after 28 week

If pregnant and in to emergency, any state any hospital she can be served..no in network out network concept..insurance consider as default in-network. But u have to first contact your provider update her emergency.
