Say u live in county and near identified Desi Dr but she can deliver only in certain hospital which u r out of network, this is how it works. Final stages lo emergency pains Ani Desi Dr hospital lo join avuthavu, covered as in network..in this situation as u know insurance cannot question as it's very hard to say which is real pains or non real..Desi Dr ki call chesthavu before and she calls hospital that her patient experiences pains and emergency..idi oka scripted scam every one knows..

Correct it's not malpractice. Remember your Dr has to authorize this. Don't know where u live some times people don't get good in network for at least 20 plus miles.

Example : the women is from and texas ( her husband works in Texas ) right now in India and her due date is August. Can she come  and deliver

in New York as her brother is there.

DON'T put mom and baby's life in danger. Let mom deliver where its SAFE.
