Breakfast - Coffee & Semiya Upma

Lunch - Red Rice, Cabbage+Carrot Koora, Sambar (Tamil Nadu Style), Curd

Evening - Coffee, Diet Chivda, Apple

Dinner - Repeat of Lunch.

Morning 7am - Tea

8am - Dosa with tomato chutney

12:45 - chicken pulusu n fry

5pm - Two glasses of mango juice

7:30 pm - 4 pegs of blenders pride 

with palli n some snacks dinner skipped

I didn't feel much difference brown rice alavaatu unte feels pretty similar, idhi actually Kerala red rice (matta rice) antaaru after cooking chala dalasaraga untaayi methukulu...
