CH_Desi Posted May 11, 2020 Report Posted May 11, 2020 I would like for experts to weigh in on this. Do you think the unemployment levels will go down once all the businesses start opening up ? If there is any article discussing the same please share it. Personally, 2 people I know got furloughed both retail(furniture and sports goods) and one more guy put on paid leave who used to work at a farming equipment manufacturer. Quote

Popular Post Android_Halwa Posted May 11, 2020 Popular Post Report Posted May 11, 2020 My understanding is that once when we decide to kick start the economy, over two quarters , majority of the people who lost their jobs will probably get back their jobs...I’m thinking in six months from now, all the jobs lost will be re-claimed to an extent of 80%. IT lo actual layoffs inka start avaledu anukuntunna, from next month we will see the real lay offs. Re-structuring chese pani lo vunaru ipudu as this is the chance for the companies to save money on over increasing IT costs... 2 1 Quote

Comcase fired and furloughed lot of contracters, imagine airline, hospitality, retail and energy sectors... but market is up huge...may be institutions know more than retail investors...anyway this is my opinion...
