Only u can answer that question. Are u happy with what you are getting? Entha ravali ane questions ki answer ledhu. Enthayina ravachu depends on tech, location, presentation skills, communication,.luck etc. 

One of my colleague gets only $65k, they have 6 kids and I have never seen more happier family than them. One of closest friends is doing multiple jobs earning $250k+, but husband and wife always fight and planning for divorce soon.
