W2 lo time undadu kada bro...so last year W2 vachindi...only problem is current pay stubs...avi either this pay period or next period start avthundi...so H1 time Ki avi set avthay

When I did background check with Hireright, one of the company I worked in the past was defunct, so they came back and asked for W-2 or 1099 and later they asked for paystubs or separation document. 

Also after Hireright background check is cleared, Facebook HR will contact you to get a screenshot or pdf of your Title etc (so you can't fake them with title also).

, Lekapothe as my emplooyer is small they usually share copies if we ask am not comfortable asking them at this point as i want to be discreet about this job search ante ??

Hireright gave a green light based on the documentation (Paystubs) provided. FB HR will ask for screenshot or pdf or any documentation where title is clearly displayed in the current company.
