WVU it's close to Pittsburgh (45 mins to 90 mins drive).

Many people drive back and forth for Jobs and entertainment etc. Many people stay in Pittsburgh suburbs close to WVU.

Check Canonsburg, PA which is 50 mins drive and lot of Desi community.

University Village is also good but not sure about Desi community but I am sure there will be many.
