There are lots of white papers on VxFlex OS on the dell website itself.

Do you have prior SAN/NAS/SDS background or is this the first time you are trying to enter the area? Those videos are pretty informative but you need some background knowledge though.

On Youtube, you will have lot of videos. You need some back ground on HCI and SAN/NAS using external storage to understand what they are offering. ReadyNode is what VMware certifies a configuration  to be used in VSAN. Dell, HPE and other hardware vendor go through that process with VMware, why do you need to study that ?

You need prior storage ecperience..search for pdf docs...they explain very clearly..but before that get some basics on san n fc switches and storage terminology...
