I knw, desi prefer red onions, but Yellow onions mana desi curries work out avutaya.

Sweet ipotunda curry...  planning to buy in Costco in bbulk.

Its other way..india red US red different..US red not suitable for curriess..yellow or white best...i like yellow best

Red/purple onions in US are the mildest and used in sandwiches. White onions are the strongest. Go with yellow or white. Don’t get confused between yellow and sweet onions.
