See a manufacturing company has 10000 workers, IT is not more than 1000. 

So manufactures 4000 lechipoyaru IT vallu oka 200. Percentage wise it might be less and lot of companies are working in offshore model and also in that 200, 150 are h1b and 50 are Citizens.

This could be true

Unless you are a citizen and file for unemployment benefits you won't be tracked by that metric

H1 are not eligible for such stuff so the unemployment numbers don't exactly match as predicted.
