Most of the companies are playing scrupulous tactics. At the end of the day its just a statement from companies and they are aware of the fact that they no legal liabilities.

They are creating a false hope as much as they want . This tactic will flourish until the day they have to deliver ( which most of them never will).

Unlike Indian youth, some vomerican folks still believes in community service with no regard for selfish expectations. 

From our stand point, It might sound stupid to us, but they take a lot of pride in it.

From our stand point, It might sound stupid to us, but they take a lot of pride in it. 

Incorrect. Indian folks do more volunteering. Oragnized volunteering may not be. When they help next door aunty or uncle or edurinti avva, they are all doing volunteering. They even help friends on a daily basis. Volunteering over here is primarily older folks.. Ethics standpoint, we all are part of corruption system but we preach things hypocritically.. Even our voluntary activities has a degree of selfishness/belonging.

Vomerican youth go to a different level in it. We cant compete with them
