ok bro, thanks. Client Manager ki emi sambandham ledu bro, antha HCL running the show. Managed services and fixed budget Project for HCL, vadhi istham inka either he can have 10 or 5 people. Client will not care.

Salary anta ivvarru bro witch companies 100K ante entho laga choostharru, i had same discussion with HCL manager vadhu abbo full ga peekadu neeku anta istha intha istha anni, once profile submit chessaka HR vachi 80-90K andhi max. Managers chesthullo emi unadhu bro, Antha HR meda depend ayyi untadhi.
