But remember 52 weeks high for this stock is above $50...so huge risk and reward situation

Don't buy on someone else advise. You do research, buy 50 shares travel with it. Gain experience. You can use your experience in the future on some other stock.

Obviously 1.38 is very cheap. One Starbucks coffee itself costs more than 1.38.

However, Chinese companies are under huge pressure( with delisting news & Trade war/other countries trying to avoid China).

You can buy if you can hold it for long term. Do not expect immediate gains.

And do not put more money.

lol..starbucks coffee itself is 1.38 aa..so are you planing to buy one stock now?...say if the company is worth $100 and its broken down into 1lakh shares..so as per your process valuate the company at what price you are buying...do you realize that your are helping the guy to put his money in gutter?

Why do you think I would suggest a guy to put his money in gutter?
I wouldn’t gain anything.

Company has good revenues but lot of operating expenses( as they are expanding the stores). You can go through the investor page for the numbers.
Also I have couple of Chinese friends who gave good reviews about the product.

Definitely it is worth more than the current price.

Price is currently low mainly because of the investor sentiment. So we can take a long term position with minimal investment.
