Popular Post Bhumchik Posted May 23, 2020 Popular Post Report Posted May 23, 2020 (edited) Instead of chasing techs that pay the most, go for the tech you are naturally inclined towards and passionate about (front end, backend, analytics, etc). Racing like a rat/chinkoo to make more money will not make you more money - you are what you are, you will eventually FAIL not only because you’ll burn out with boredom, frustration and no job satisfaction but also because others can clearly see through it that you are faking and not passionate about what you are doing, judge you, abandon you, unfollow you, dismiss you, kick you out - you cannot sustain even a high paying career if you don’t love what you are doing. If you do what you love and love what you do, money will follow you! It’s the only way - historically. Even if you get paid less in the work you love, you will actually end up earning more because of stable, long term projects due to your passion. Specialize - don’t be a mediocre, all rounding generalist - so you can crush it with confidence wherever you go. Edited May 23, 2020 by Bhumchik 3 Quote
