In the recommendations of the 14th Finance Commission, the share of the 9 states has decreased as compared to the recommendations of the 13^th Finance Commission.These states are Andhra Pradesh (including Telangana), Assam, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Odisha, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

Not as such around late 2013 southern grid got connected to National grid this was announced by then Power Minister Jyothiraditya Scindia... Kiran Kumar told that mid 2013 this provisioning  is in process and we will get more power ani..

So now power situation is better over all as compared to earlier they can purchase power from Northern states also guess thats how TG is getting from Chattisgarh when required which usually they say generates surplus power, even TN struggled a lot with power issues in the earlier tenure when JJ was CM..

1) after south PMs pv and gowda, we had vajpayee from central India (gwalior)

 then we had MMS from north india(punjab)

Now we have modi from west india (gujarat)

so the cycle is continuing. 20 yrs ago nobody knew modi would come, so 20 yrs later nobody can tell maybe a south indian pm could come

if anybody should be asking its people from east india. so for now you can shut the fcuk up
