So you have to go to meet family emergency in India right?? But once you reach HYB you have to be institutional quarantine  fro 2 weeks in Hotel thats must and you have to be ready to pay for it from your own pocket..

There is Vandhe bharat mission which is going on and will be there in June month also register in US consulate for it...
