All_is_well Posted May 31, 2020 Report Posted May 31, 2020 ఐదేళ్ల కనిష్టానికి పడిపోయిన సంస్థాగత పెట్టుబడులు ఈ ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరంలో 12 శాతం క్షీణించి 448 కోట్ల డాలర్లకు పరిమితం నివేదిక విడుదల చేసిన అమెరికా స్థిరాస్తి కన్సల్టెంట్ కంపెనీ Advertisement కరోనా వైరస్ లాక్డౌన్ ప్రభావం దేశంలోని స్థిరాస్తి రంగంపై దారుణంగా పడింది. పతనమైన ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థ, కొనసాగుతున్న అనిశ్చితి కారణంగా దేశంలోని స్థిరాస్తి రంగంలో సంస్థాగత పెట్టుబడుల శాతం దారుణంగా క్షీణించింది. గత ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరం చివరి త్రైమాసికంలో 44 శాతం క్షీణించి 72.7 కోట్ల డాలర్లు ( దాదాపు రూ. 5,500 కోట్లు)కు పరిమితమైన పెట్టుబడులు.. 2019-20 ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరంలో 12 శాతం తగ్గి 448 కోట్ల డాలర్లకు (సుమారు రూ. 33,800 కోట్లు) కు చేరుకున్నాయి. అంటే ఐదేళ్ల కనిష్టానికి పెట్టుబడులు దిగజారినట్టు అమెరికాకు చెందిన స్థిరాస్తి కన్సల్టెంట్ సంస్థ వెస్టియన్ పేర్కొంది. ఈ మేరకు ఓ నివేదిక విడుదల చేసింది. లాక్డౌన్ కారణంగా ఏర్పడిన పరిస్థితులే ఇందుకు కారణమని పేర్కొంది.
