Capital info from hyd..but admin waste..10 DEV jobs ki 1 admin job kuda undadhu specifically SF lo and also every developer will know in and out of administration at SF Coz development classes start ayyedhi kuda admin module ayyinake as they need to know how out of box functionality works.

Capitalinfo waste bhayya. 60 batch lo okkadiki job osthadi. Sollu ekkuva, project kuda ledu.
i took online class from azforce solutions, they gave real-time project too. 45 days lo course lepi 10gadu. It helped me a lot.

Admin lite bhayya, Don’t think development ante just Apex or coding, It’s just a small piece. Dev + management skills = happy job.

Trailhead Salesforce learning center, all you need just set up trailhead account select your role(admin/deceloper) then based on your selection it'll show path of module 

Then finish each module(badges) - 

Saleaforce track all your work(finished badges), certifications, all your community asked questions/answers

Future loo  all Salesforce clients asked trailhead profile along with your resume.
