Check Patancheru-Muthangi area if you are looking to build/invest in Hyd..this is the right time to invest there..you can plot for 13-15K/sq.yard. It will be easily more than 30k in less that 2 years. Google that location and you will know how good of a area is that. Its like 0.5-2 Kms from outer ring road and just 30 mins to gachibowli. Its 4-5 kms before IIT Hyd and right next to ORR areas. Trust me you have lots of plots available for under 15k but you will have to go through individual sellers or brokers in that area. Ventures in that area will cost no less that 25k/sq.yd as they develop roads, electricity and parks... Also metro Phase-2 is confirmed until Patancheru (Extension from Miyapur line). You will see tremendous growth in 1-2 years Quote

With LRC issued plots, you dont have to worry about security anymore. And this ares is not so much outskirt anymore..you can construct a house even today in the area I am referring to Quote
