I can get them verified again with another lawyer if you have any feedback.. our family friend bought a plot in the same layout 5 years back and they recently purchased another one..so we bought along with them..its not a gated community but has a small society for owners Quote

Btw, just applied for LRS or got approval also, approval copy will have set backs like 5 to 10 for road if the road is not at least 30 feet. You got just LRS applied receipts or approval copy with plan. Quote

Bhayya..these plots near GPR green lands ma family friends teskunnaru..these plots are on the right side while going from muthangi to shankarpally...vellu teskunna layouts lo kuda LRS unnayi but this specific plot owner teskoledu inka and our folks are applying for it currently..ee layout lo chalane 200sq.yd plots unnayi and some villas are coming soon adjacent to this layout The one we took is right opp to supreme agro in google maps... while coming from muthangi to Patancheru it will be on right side... Similarly while going from Patancheru to Muthangi it will be on left side.. LRS approved and roads are 30 feet roads and lots of small piece lands (200-350sq.yds) in that layout Quote
